* We welcome families of all shapes and sizes, including the four-legged variety. If you are travelling with pets, please let us know at the time of booking and note the following: • An additional one-off fee of $50 per booking applies. • A maximum of two pets is permitted per stay. • There are bait stations around the property as well as lots of rabbits, hares and birds, pets must not be left unattended, either inside or outside. If this is unavoidable, they should be safely crated. • Please be mindful of neighbours, particularly regarding noise and barking. • Pets are not allowed on the furniture. • All pet waste must be cleaned up prior to check-out, if this is not done an additional $100 cleaning fee may be charged. Failure to adhere to the above, may result in the remainder of your booking being cancelled without reimbursement. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us continue to welcome pets while maintaining this beautiful property. *If additional cleaning is required above the amount charged at time of booking, this will be passed on to the guest. Extra charges are easily avoided by leaving the property in the same condition it was found in. *Wi-Fi - is provided free of charge and for the most part we experience an excellent service from our provider. However, we are at the mercy of their systems and cannot promise uninterrupted service. Outages happen and we take no responsibility for them. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get great service and we will need you to report any issues so we can contact our provider, but we will not offer refunds for interruption to the wi-fi. *If there is a lockout due to misplacement of the primary key, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the replacement cost and any associated fees.
