Check-in is available any time from 2:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. We’ll always do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs where possible, but please note the only way to guarantee this is by booking an additional night.
All of our properties include fresh towels, bed linen, and basic essentials to make your stay comfortable. You’ll also find sundries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cooking essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, and sugar. Some properties may offer additional amenities, please check the individual listing details or feel free to reach out to us directly if you’d like to know more about what’s included at your specific stay.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of your stay are non-refundable. As life is unpredictable, we strongly recommend travel insurance to protect you in case of illness, unexpected events, or changes to your plans.
Cleaning will be scheduled for the day of check-out. If you would like additional cleaning or a linen refresh during your stay, we can absolutely arrange that for you. Simply reach out before your arrival so we can schedule it in.
Some of our properties are pet-friendly, which will be clearly noted in the listing description. If you’re planning on bringing your four-legged friend, please let us know in advance. For all other properties, unfortunately pets aren’t able to be accommodated. If you’re unsure, feel free to pop us a message and we’ll happily confirm for you.
Each property is priced differently. Please ensure you enter the correct number of guests when booking, as this may affect the final price. If additional guests stay who were not included in the booking, an extra guest fee will apply where relevant. Please inform us if you plan to have any visitors during your stay and note that parties and gatherings are not permitted.
To help ensure the safety and security of our properties, all direct bookings require a quick ID verification through our secure third party verification partner, Truvi. Shortly after booking you will receive a link to complete the verification process. This typically takes only a few minutes and must be completed no later than 7 days prior to check in. Please note that the name on the booking must match the verified identification provided. If the name on the payment card differs from the verified ID, additional verification or cardholder authorisation may be required before the booking can be confirmed. If verification is not completed within the required timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. Your information is securely processed by the third party provider and is not stored by us.
