*If additional cleaning is required above the amount charged at time of booking, this will be passed on to the guest. Extra charges are easily avoided by leaving the property in the same condition it was found in.
*Wi-Fi - is provided free of charge and for the most part we experience an excellent service from our provider. However, we are at the mercy of their systems and cannot promise uninterrupted service. Outages happen and we take no responsibility for them. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get great service and we will need you to report any issues so we can contact our provider, but we will not offer refunds for interruption to the wi-fi.
*If there is a lockout due to misplacement of the primary key, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the replacement cost and any associated fees.
* All direct bookings require ID verification through our secure third party verification provider, Truvi. A link will be sent shortly after booking and must be completed within the required timeframe prior to check in. The name on the booking must match the verified identification provided. If the name on the payment card differs from the verified ID, additional verification or cardholder authorisation may be required. Bookings may be cancelled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
