Cleaning If substantial additional cleaning is required following your stay, the associated costs may be passed on to the guest. These charges can easily be avoided by leaving the property in the condition in which it was found. Parties & Events Parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited. The property is for the use of booked guests only. Wi-Fi Starlink is provided free of charge and is generally reliable. However, service interruptions may occur from time to time and are outside of our control. While we will do everything reasonably possible to assist and liaise with our provider should an issue arise, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and refunds will not be provided for Wi-Fi outages or disruptions. Lockouts & Lost Keys In the event of a lockout due to misplaced or lost keys, guests will be responsible for the cost of replacement keys and any associated call-out or locksmith fees. Parking Parking is available on the bitumen driveway. Please note there is no undercover or garage parking. Parking or driving on the lawn is strictly prohibited. Septic System This property operates on a septic system. Only toilet paper is to be flushed down the toilets. Please do not flush wipes (including flushable wipes), sanitary products, nappies, paper towel, cotton buds or any other items. We reserve the right to charge additional fees and/or terminate the booking for any breaches of this policy. ID Verification All direct bookings require ID verification through our secure third party verification provider, Truvi. A link will be sent shortly after booking and must be completed within the required timeframe prior to check in. The name on the booking must match the verified identification provided. If the name on the payment card differs from the verified ID, additional verification or cardholder authorisation may be required. Bookings may be cancelled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe. Security Cameras Due to the private setting, cameras are installed at external entry points for security purposes only. There are NO cameras inside or facing private areas like the courtyard or hot tub. Guest privacy is incredibly important to us, and the cameras are not actively monitored during stays.
