The upper level features a spacious open-plan living area flowing into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large island bench with seating for six. Step out onto the expansive deck overlooking the beach, ideal for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or casual outdoor dining at the picnic table. Please note there is no formal indoor dining area. Upstairs also includes a second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, along with a bunk room suited to children or flexible group sleeping. This space features two single beds and a bunk bed sleeping up to four guests. *The home shows signs of age and wear consistent with a well-loved beach house. It is best suited to guests who appreciate location, breathtaking views, and a relaxed and eclectic seaside feel over a polished or modern finish. *Guests use of kayaks is entirely at their own risk. The kayaks are not professionally maintained, serviced, or inspected, and the property owner/manager makes no warranties regarding their condition, safety, or suitability for use. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and that of any accompanying users. By using the kayaks, guests waive all liability against the owner/manager for any injury, loss, or damage. *If additional cleaning is required above the amount charged at time of booking, this will be passed on to the guest. Extra charges are easily avoided by leaving the property in the same condition it was found in. *Wi-Fi - is provided free of charge and for the most part we experience an excellent service from our provider. However, we are at the mercy of their systems and cannot promise uninterrupted service. Outages happen and we take no responsibility for them. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get great service and we will need you to report any issues so we can contact our provider, but we will not offer refunds for interruption to the wi-fi. *If there is a lockout due to misplacement of the primary key, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the replacement cost and any associated fees. * All direct bookings require ID verification through our secure third party verification provider, Truvi. A link will be sent shortly after booking and must be completed within the required timeframe prior to check in. The name on the booking must match the verified identification provided. If the name on the payment card differs from the verified ID, additional verification or cardholder authorisation may be required. Bookings may be cancelled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
