Terms & Conditions
Visitors & Additional Guests We’re committed to maintaining good relationships with our neighbours. To help with this we ask that you please notify us in advance if you are expecting any visitors. We are also only able to accomodate those booked at the property overnight. Cleaning & Property Condition If additional cleaning is required beyond what is included in your booking, the cost will be passed on to you to cover. This is easily avoided by leaving the property in the same condition it was found in. Commercial Use & Parties The property is strictly for private residential use only. Parties, events, or any form of commercial use—including photography, business meetings, or bookings for third-party services—are not permitted. Breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay and further charges may apply. Wi-Fi Wi-Fi is provided free of charge and is generally reliable. However, we are dependent on our service provider and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages do happen occasionally. We will do everything in our power to resolve issues quickly, but we do not offer refunds for disruptions to the Wi-Fi. Lockouts If there is a lockout due to misplacement of the primary key, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the replacement cost and any associated fees. Laundry The laundry is in an outdoor shed off the car parking area and is shared with two other apartments. It is equipped with both a washing machine and dryer.
