Lockouts If there is a lockout due to misplacement of the primary key, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the replacement cost and any associated fees. Cleaning & Property Condition If additional cleaning is required beyond what is included in your booking, the cost will be passed on to the guest. This is easily avoided by leaving the property in the same condition it was found in. Commercial Use & Parties The property is strictly for private residential use only. Parties, events, or any form of commercial use -including photography, business meetings, or bookings for third-party services - are not permitted. Breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay and further charges may apply.
