*If additional cleaning is required above the amount charged at time of booking, this will be passed on to the guest. Extra charges are easily avoided by leaving the property in the same condition it was found in. *Wi-Fi - is provided free of charge and for the most part we experience an excellent service from our provider. However, we are at the mercy of their systems and cannot promise uninterrupted service. Outages happen and we take no responsibility for them. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get great service and we will need you to report any issues so we can contact our provider, but we will not offer refunds for interruption to the wi-fi. *If there is a lockout due to misplacement of the primary key, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the replacement cost and any associated fees. * Please return outdoor furniture and cushions to their secured locations when not in use to avoid them being blown around by the wind or damaged by the weather. * Guests are welcome to use the communal rooftop. Please ensure the place is left tidy for residents and be conscious of noise levels. It would be appreciated if you could limit use to between the hours of 8am-9pm. Only guests who have been booked at the property are permitted to use this space. Any cleaning required for this area will incur an extra fee. * The undercover car park is located within a multi-storey facility and has height restrictions. Two parking spaces are provided; Space 1 is suitable for vehicles up to 2.2m in height; Space 2 is suitable for vehicles up to 1.8m in height.
