However, we are at the mercy of their systems and cannot promise uninterrupted service. Outages happen and we take no responsibility for them. We will do everything in our power to ensure you get great service and we will need you to report any issues so we can contact our provider, but we will not offer refunds for interruption to the wi-fi. Lockouts If there is a lockout due to misplacement of the primary key, it is the responsibility of the guest to cover the replacement cost and any associated fees. Visitors & Additional Guests This is a quiet residential building, and we’re committed to maintaining good relationships with our neighbours and on-site building manager. Please notify us in advance if you are expecting any visitors and please note, the building code is not to be given out to anyone other than visitors and should only be provided to guests staying at the property. Cleaning & Property Condition If additional cleaning is required beyond what is included in your booking, the cost will be passed on to the guest. This is easily avoided by leaving the property in the same condition it was found in. Commercial Use & Parties The property is strictly for private residential use only. Parties, events, or any form of commercial use—including photography, business meetings, or bookings for third-party services—are not permitted. Breach of this rule will result in immediate termination of your stay and further charges may apply.
